THE SOLUTION

The designers originally considered using timber cladding given its woodland setting, which was quickly ruled out down to the maintenance and up keep required. Oko Skin GRC planks by Rieder were the obvious choice. Made from glass reinforced concrete (GRC) and UV stable pigments, OKO Skin offer a robust yet natural façade that will not be affected by the woodland setting.

Each plank comes with one of three distinct textures, which, when randomly installed give an unrivalled differentiation to the façade elevations. And as it Is made from concrete, it is Incombustible and will require no ongoing maintenance.
