Parklex timber cladding was chosen to break up the elevations, creating impressive feature zones in contrast to the white render. As each panel is manufactured with a unique natural timber veneer, therefore no two panels are alike. With its Everlook® overlay it delivers on colours stability and UV resistance, Parklex requires very little ongoing maintenance, an important consideration for the building owners.

Installed as a Rainscreen facade on to timber battens using Parklex timber cladding colour coded screws, Construction complete November 2010.
