What is fibre cement cladding?

Durability

Thanks to its materials and creation process, fibre cement siding is also eco-friendly. When creating fibre cement, the water shuffled through the material is constantly recycled and reused, instead of being run off into the oceans. This is one of the main contributors to its environmental impact.

The materials used are also sustainable, raw, and recycled, and will have a lower ecological footprint than many other products.

Compared with plastic, vinyl, or any other cladding, fibre cement’s durability also contributes to it’s ecological footprint. It is designed to last over 50 years, and so will also not need to be replaced as often. As such, fewer materials will end up in landfills.
