NVELOPE NV1 Back Frame System (Vertical)
NV1 is suitable for face fixing / rivet fixing cladding elements to e.g. fibre cement, high-pressure laminate (HPL), ACM and metal rainscreen panels.

FEATURES –
NV1 is the NVELOPE back frame – vertical cladding applications.
NVELOPE ‘T’ and ‘L’ profiles are fixed using NVELOPE support brackets, fixed through a series of fixed and flexible points.
NVELOPE flexible point brackets absorb wind loading and allow for expansion and contraction.
NVELOPE fixed point brackets absorb both vertical dead loads.
NVELOPE Bracket spacing is determined by cladding options such as the dimensions and weight of the façade cladding, local wind loads and cladding zone.

MATERIAL -
Manufactured from extruded aluminium alloys conforming to EN 573-3 (material) and EN 755 production standards.


OPTIONS -
NVELOPE brackets (V): allows adjustment between the face of the primary support to outer face of vertical profile. Thermal isolators: hard PVC isolator assembled as standard (located between the NVELOPE bracket and the primary structural support system).

NVELOPE NV2 CONCEALED STRUCTURAL BONDING SYSTEM (VERTICAL)

NV2 is suitable for concealed fix cladding applications structural bond (Sika sikatack panel system). All fixed point brackets absorb both vertical dead loads.

FEATURES –
NV2 is the NVELOPE system for concealed fix / structural bonding applications – vertical cladding applications.
NVELOPE ‘T’ and ‘L’ profiles are fixed using NVELOPE support brackets, fixed through a series of fixed and flexible points.
NVELOPE flexible point brackets absorb wind loading and allow for expansion and contraction.
NVELOPE fixed point brackets absorb both vertical dead loads.

NVELOPE NV3 CONCEALED MECHANIC FIXED SYSTEM

NV3 is suitable for fibre cement, high-pressure laminate (HPL), ceramic, thin stone etc. Horizontal NVELOPE channel profiles are fixed to the vertical profiles.

FEATURES –
NV3 is the NVELOPE system for concealed fix/mechanically fixed applications – vertical cladding applications.
Secured using hangers and undercut stud anchors or screws to provide a concealed fixing.
Horizontal NVELOPE channel profiles are fixed to the vertical profiles. Rainscreen panels are hung from and secured to the horizontal profiles with hangers and adjustable hangers.

NVELOPE L&T SOFFITS FRAME SYSTEM

The system is an aluminium frame construction using stainless steel fixings. Due to the character of the system on site modification can be easily achieved.

FEATURES –
An applicable drop zone (distance from floor slab to back of panel) for this application is between 120mm – 1000mm. The soffit application can be fixed to; steel frame, timber frame or concrete substrates.

Depending on; the drop down zone, wind load and panel weight some soffits will need a brace bar intermittently within the cladding support system. This brace-bar can be cut out of L rail. (Please seek advice from our technical team).

NVELOPE Soffit system is suitable for face fixed, with a maximum panel weight of 75kg/m2.

Often soffits are not insulated but if thermal bridging is an issue flat plastic isolators can be supplied to stop thermal bridging and bimetallic corrosion.

MORE INFORMATION -
NVELOPE T rails are fixed to the bottom of the down standing L rails where panel joints occur; available in; 80mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm face widths. L rail support for intermediate and end positions.


NVELOPE hold extensive stock of the L60-40-2.2 and T rails that they can cut in house resulting in quick delivery to site. This system can be used to create sloping soffits by special cutting to suit the angle.
